Central Indiana Regional Workforce Board
Business leaders constitute the majority of the Central Indiana Regional Workforce Board. The board also includes representatives from a community-based organization, economic development, education, and labor. Local elected officials select members for this board. Our charge is to build a workforce to meet the needs of employers, workers, and communities.
The board is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of the WorkOne system in the counties of Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, and Shelby.
