The Central Indiana Regional Workforce Board selected REACH, Inc as Regional Operator.
The Regional Operator (RO) acts as staff to the board and serves as the "Management Company" for regional service delivery coordination in the WorkOne system. The RO also directs the Strategic Skills Initiative activities, procures Service Providers, seeks additional resources on behalf of the board, and provides WorkOne staff training.
