If you have had part time jobs and now want to work full time, you'll find all sorts of resources at WorkOne. Our Information Resource Area (available in part of every WorkOne office) is filled with career planning tools, educational and apprenticeship info, newspapers, books, videos, brochures, Internet, job banks — all there for you to use at no charge. WorkOne seeks to provide eligible youth with access to innovative training programs in academic, occupational, employability, and leadership skills.

Registering in Indiana Career Connect lets you match your skills, interests and wage requirements with current job orders placed by local employers. To increase your chances of matching, be sure to enter a complete resume and to choose as many job titles, skills, shifts available and locations in which you will work as appropriate to your circumstances.
- Young Hoosiers Conservation Corps
The Young Hoosiers Conservation Corps program is more than a summer job…it's an opportunity to improve your community while enjoying Indiana's beautiful outdoors! If you are a Hoosier between the ages of 16 and 24, you may be eligible to participate in a brand new program known as Young Hoosier Conservation Corps. This program will partner with the Department of Natural Resources to beautify Indiana's 33 state parks and reservoirs. Participants will have the opportunity to reconstruct historic buildings, create 113 miles of new trails, renovate more than 1,100 miles of existing trails, and work to restore 2,600 acres of natural habitats.
